Lagar De Bouza Albariño 2014 is one of the shyest wines. Born in Galacia, it is refreshing, but lost in acidity. The alcohol content is decent, in an effort to try to put its essence together. It is designed with white sangria's enthusiasm; its aroma is the strongest attitude with a mix of floral and sea breeze. The head and body don’t produce any descriptive word, but somehow it manages to alert the palate.

Many people will ask where in the world is Galacia; let's say it is beautiful—but one will never know if she is blonde or brunette.
